We appreciate Dr. Freeman and his staff. For many people dental visits are anxiety inducing, my kids look forward to their dental visits because they've had a good experience at Crystal Canyon. The clinic is very clean, Jenna and the hygienists are nice and friendly. Joanna and Katie are great. We also love the 🎶 music.

Let me start by saying I am not related to Dr Freeman. But we joke around about being cousins. I started going here when it was Dr Thomas place. I am seriously glad I continued to go for all my dental work. The office gal is awesome. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They do great work and all their attitudes are great. Very friendly and the place is clean.

Great service.. Silent nite guard did not fit properly at first. They had it fixed right away with no issues. Front lady is very nice!

Love this place! Have been coming here for a few years, and Dr Freeman always recalls previous conversations. He is a joy to talk to! This last time, i had the most gentle cleaning with Katelyn. In all my years of being at the dentist, ive never had it this painless! So appreciative of them!

Smiles to Dr Freeman for his excellent patient care and expertise. I had one of those "traumatic" childhood dental visits long ago. Dr Freeman has since changed that. No more traumatic memories. His staff is professional, caring and always has the patient's comfort in mind. Our family has utilized everything from cleanings, fillings, root canal, extraction to beautiful whitening. Dr Freeman is an absolute rockstar. I hate dentist and hate getting dental work done because of childhood painful experiences but Dr Freeman does something no other dentist does... He gives you a pretty good heads up even if there's a chance of any pain. Plus he's got a great sense of humor. Also their staff are amazing. Never thought I'd recommend it a dentist to anybody but I'm 56 years old and in all the years of going to dentist offices this one is by far and away the best.

I have always hated having to go to the dentist due to past experiences with lying dentists. And I was dreading having to get established with a new dentist.From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming. Jenna had my paperwork all ready to go right when I walked in. Amanda did the best cleaning I’ve ever had on my teeth. She really took the time to make sure everything was good to go and actually solved the reason why I have always had issues between two of my teeth. Thank you! Dr. Freeman was very nice and for once I didn’t dread having to be at the dentist. Thank you all for making my first visit the best.

Our family absolutely loves the staff at Crystal Canyon Family Dental. Dr Freeman is a wonderful dentist and is very honest. From the moment you open the door, you’re greeted by Jenna who works the front desk. Dental assistant Joana is wonderful while working with Dr Freeman. I am overall very impressed! I immediately felt comfortable walking in, and had a relaxed experience getting my cleaning done, believe it or not! I was in and out before I realized it was so quick! The absolute best Dentist I've ever been too . Not that the dentist isn't supposed to be a good time but it is never an unpleasant experience dealing with anyone at Crystal Canyon.DMD K. Freeman is really top notch when it comes to his craft .10/10 numbing I don't know how he is able to numb an area with that needle with such care and minimal discomfort.I really can't say enough good things about him and his practice. This is probably my 11th visit to Crystal Cayon. The Dentis is awesome and also his staff. He is the best dentist i have ever seen. I highy recommendCrystal Cayon Dental. THE BEST!. I even get a pillow and blanket. This is my 5th or 6th visit. I love the Dentist and people who work there. They are very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistance, the lady that does the cleaning? Which i have fell asleep on her, and actually with the dentist, thats how great they are. Love the singing dentist. Give me a blanket and sunglasses and i can take a nap.

I've been going here for years. My son had to have work done recently and they were awesome with him. There were a lot of dentist offices around but I read the reviews for this one and they were so overwhelmingly positive, that I gave them a call. It took a while to get in but I guess that just means business is good. I have really loved all the staff. They’ve been considerate, down to earth, and professional. I just feel lucky that I found a dentist that seems trustworthy, efficient, and capable on my first try here in Idaho. I just wanted to throw my two cents in and say the good reviews were all deserved.
